Where We Ship
All orders ship from Virginia, United States. We currently ship within the US only. International shipping is not yet available — join our email list to be notified when it launches.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a shipping notification with a tracking number once your package is on its way.
Packaging
Every bowl is packed with custom foam protection designed specifically for the mosaic tilework. The packaging is branded, clean, and gift-ready — no extra wrapping needed. For a more elevated presentation, you can add our premium gift box upgrade at checkout for $12.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to follow your package through the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@laylasmosaic.com.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building's mail room. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
Damaged in Transit
If your bowl arrives damaged, contact us at hello@laylasmosaic.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll ship a replacement free of charge — no return of the damaged item needed.
